I/P Transducers
The bridge between electronic control loops and pneumatic actuators — Fisher™ electro-pneumatic transducers convert a 4–20 mA current signal into a proportional pneumatic output.
- 4–20 mA → pneumatic output
- Electronic feedback (846)
- Natural-gas ready (i2P-100)
- Genuine OEM parts
What it is
From milliamps to air
An I/P (current-to-pneumatic) transducer converts the 4–20 mA signal a modern controller sends into a proportional pneumatic pressure — the language a pneumatic actuator or positioner understands. It is the small but critical link that lets an electronic control loop drive an air-operated valve.
Accuracy and stability here protect the whole loop: a drifting or leaking transducer quietly degrades control. Genuine Fisher™ transducers — with electronic feedback and constructions suited to dirty or hazardous supply — keep that conversion clean.
The line
Fisher™ I/P transducers we supply
Genuine Fisher™ electro-pneumatic transducers. Open each bulletin, or tell us the signal and service and we'll confirm the right one.
Fisher™ 646
Converts a 4–20 mA electrical signal into a proportional 0.2–1.0 bar pneumatic output for valve and actuator control.
Fisher™ 846
Converts the controller's electrical signal into the pneumatic signal that drives the actuator, with electronic feedback that corrects for supply-pressure variation and leakage.
Fisher™ i2P-100
Electro-pneumatic transducer for natural-gas service — dual compartments with an explosive-fluid seal and excellent tolerance to dirty supply.
Genuine OEM
Genuine Fisher™ transducer spare parts
A transducer is only as good as its calibration and seals. We supply genuine Fisher™ relay and converter modules, gasket and O-ring kits, gauges and feedback parts so the I/P conversion stays accurate and the loop keeps its precision.
Tell us the input signal, output range and the service — our team will confirm the right Fisher™ transducer or genuine parts.
