Are your Fisher™ parts genuine?
Yes. We supply genuine OEM Fisher™ spare parts and components. In final control, a counterfeit or wrong-spec part is a safety and reliability risk — we tell you plainly what each item is.
Which brands do you carry?
A Fisher™-led, multi-brand line: Fisher™ (control valves and genuine spare parts), plus Okaway, Royeon, Datian (ARC valves) and ASCO™ (solenoid valves and pneumatics).
How do I buy parts?
Two ways: browse and buy directly from our online Fisher™ Parts Store, or request a formal quote and we will come back with availability, pricing and the right valve for the duty.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship from our Orlando, FL warehouse to customers across the United States, Latin America, Asia and the Middle East. You or your freight forwarder arrange the transport, and we help with the paperwork. The specific delivery terms are set out in our Terms & Conditions of Sale.
Do you provide field service or installation?
ACD focuses on parts, valves and application engineering. For field service, installation and on-site support, our group company ITS de Venezuela covers its market in Venezuela.
Can you help me select the right valve?
Yes. Our application engineers help with valve sizing and selection, trim and material guidance, and the right-valve-for-the-duty recommendation behind every quote.
What is an ARC valve?
An automatic recirculation (ARC) valve protects centrifugal pumps from low-flow recirculation damage. We supply Datian ARC valves — pump protection that can be hard to source in our markets.
Do you have stock, or is everything made to order?
We hold genuine Fisher™ spare parts in stock — 1,000+ items — with same-day dispatch from our Orlando, FL warehouse. For items not in stock, we quote lead times up front.
