Continuous Recirculation System

Minimum flow requirement for continuous circulating system pump is unrelated to process flow discharge changes. Continuous minimum flow circulation protects pump well, but requires greater power output and causes additional energy waste.

Controlled Recirculation System

Control circulatory system is assembled by a Check Valve, flow gauge, and Minimum Flow Control Valve. The system provides minimum flow protection when process flow is greater than the minimum flow of the pump. The loop is closed with no extra energy loss. However, the system is complex and has higher costs for control components, purchase, installation, and maintenance.

Automatic Recirculation Control System

ARC valves ensures that a pre-determined minimum flow is maintained through the pump at all times, even when the flow rate drops below a certain value. The valve is compact and does not require electrical power, making it an essential safety feature for modern industrial processes.

ZDT Series ARC Valve is a pump protection device that ensures minimum flow through centrifugal pumps, even when the main flow is zero. The valve has a maximum pressure differential of 4MPa and is suitable for bypass with big flow. The specific choice is determined by the factory.

ZDL Model

The ZDL Series ARC Valve is a pump protection device that ensures minimum flow through centrifugal pumps, even when the main flow is zero. The valve has a maximum pressure differential of 6MPa and is suitable for bypass with medium or low pressure differential. The valve has a unique L bypass that eliminates noise by making high-speed flow medium and prevents cavitation.

ZDM Model

The ZDM Series ARC Valve is a pump protection device that ensures minimum flow through centrifugal pumps, even when the main flow is zero. The valve has a maximum pressure differential of 30MPa and is suitable for bypass with high pressure differential. The valve has a multistage decompression type M type bypass that eliminates noise made by high-speed flow medium and prevents damage of cavitation erosion and braising to valve components
